When is it time to put the heating on?

The weather really feels like it turned cold this week.
Summer was clinging on with her fingernails, but now autumn is well and truly here, and winter is looking over too.
But I never know when to set the heating to automatic and let the radiators on.
When do you put yours on?

In the Philippines we never have those heaters because we have no winter and autumn. Seems a good climate there.

I have it set at a certain temperature so that when it goes below it will automatically heat up. If I'm cold then I either put more clothes on or turn up the heat. I am in complete control.

That is a sensible way to have your heating set!
