I do have ARMD (Age Related Macular Degeneration) on one eye that blocks central vision on that eye I used to wear glasses for reading right from the age of 44. But now I do not need them any more. I take Lutein a supplement...

Anna @allknowing I think that those who had an auto adjustment stopped wearing glasses, both my grandmothers did, my husband has astigmatism, he needs to wear his glasses all the time.

Anna I know for sure that Valerie publishes them through Amazon. My mother in law wrote and published a book in Italy the "traditional way", giving the manuscript to a publisher.
