Sorry I was MIA this morning. I was soooooo tired that I just vegetated.
Big day next Wednesday. Going to pick up a check from the lawyer, going to the Title Bureau with hopefully the right VIN # for the car I want to scrap, going to the bank to deposit the check and going to the funeral home to set up and pay for my funeral. Prices are going up May 1; and I want to beat that deadline.
Terminix will be coming on Monday. The new roof is going up on Thursday. It's going to be a busy week. Also very expensive!!!
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, succotash
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich and chips (I grabbed the wrong sandwich!)
What did you eat yesterday?

That's a lot of stuff planned for the same day next week. But I know you are anxious to get all of that done. Hopefully everything will go smoothly and well for your busy week.
I had to really think of what I ate yesterday...all I can remember is a bowl of oatmeal for a sort of brunch, and later on I made chicken fajitas for dinner. Oh, and two of those tiny cutie oranges.

I still have to get my will done, pick out a headstone and get my hair cut. Once I get those things done, all I'll have is doctor's appointments.

Yes. I still have trips out to get my will done, pick out a headstone and get my hair cut. Once I do those, all I have to go out for are doctors' appointments. All the rest of my projects will be done at home.

@kareng I figure most of the projects will be done by the end of May.

lol You caught me off guard, what did I eat yesterday lol I can barely remember what I ate today. Yesterday I had a greek yogurt fresh fruit parfait with a topping of coconut, almonds and blueberries. a piece of fruit cake still hanging around from Christmas, a hot croissant from the oven with Strawberry rhubarb jam and a couple cups of coffee.

@LindaOHio The fruit cake was a gift from my son from Collins Bakery in Texas and in my opinion it is the best available anywhere. He gives it to me every year. I love strawberry rhubarb as well and I just bought some strawberry rhubarb yogurt from Siggis today at the grocery.

I love a good fruitcake. Strawberry rhubarb pie is another favorite.

How on earth can they increase prices for services already rendered??!?
Yesterday filled my lunch card at Chuy’s so the next one is free. That was the mixture of the chicken soft taco fillings and the rice (since half of it ends up on the plate anyway, why not eat it that way!), and chicken sammiches and potatoes for dinner, with yogurt and apples and fiber!

@LindaOHio — oh. Still, if you sign a contract the price shouldn’t increase. That’s like them changing the price of a 2023 car you’re paying on because the 2024s are more expensive.

I hope you get everything done without exhausting yourself... That sounds like a LOT to do in one week.
I had a turkey and cheese sandwich for breakfast, ate chicken taquitos for lunch and I'm not sure I ate anything for supper.
I was wondering what happened to you during the night. I'm too used to seeing your discussion then. I'm glad you're okay.

Sounds like you've got a lot going on. I hope it all goes as planned.
We had shrimp with rice last night and are having fish tacos tonight.

That sounds so good. I have a frozen pizza in my Walmart cart. I may have to have it soon.

Thanks. I still have some carpentry that needs to be done and some plumbing...and maybe replace the garage door and opener.

Busy, expensive days are very exhausting. I am glad you can get so much taken care of and get it off your mind.

You are going to have a busy week. Are you thinking of selling?
