DE You can get a nice vacation if you stay outside in the sun for several hours today. It's quiet and cool in our house. Pretty had a doctor appointment that I didn't need to go to this morning.

When I went out to do my return I picked up some salad, fruit, cheese, light ice cream and light beer. ALso a bag of broccoli but that is not heat related. This one is going to be shorter. It will be over by Saturday. Yay! The one...
