DE The Oikos brand is a lot more expensive and is making me cough. I'd rather not drink any more of it. I've only had two swallows of it. We still have some of the Equate brand shakes.

snowy I am not sure I have ever really given a speech honestly. I was part of a team hosting an event one time, but that is something a bit different. I have spoken in front of groups but I wouldn't call that a speech either.
