anyone else feel anxious before you have to leave the house? i know I'll have a good time once i get where im going, but right now i feel very worried and scared. I dont want to go anywhere or leave the safety of my apartment.
Im going to go though! stepping outside my comfort zone.

This is not due to any panic attack. This is simple a human tendency. People are very particular to finish their work in well in advance they remain tensed till the end or work is completed.

When I do feel anxious about going somewhere I pray about it. I hope everything will be fine and you have a great time! =)

@mikaelajuliet (I hate surprises, give me time, and I will tolerate even the worse situations, but I do hate anything that not routine.)

Although there are some days when I feel anxious going in to work, I don't think I ever feel anxious about leaving the house. I guess it just depends on what is going on each day.

@mikaelajuliet It is very natural to be worried about leaving the house or leaving your beloved.

Yes, prayer always help, specially when you are a believer, cause with him nothing is impossible, he will guide you, protect you and comfort you... just believe...and you will know comfort is just being with him all the time.. also find time to read the word of God...just a suggestion my friend...

I myself prefer to be at home than go out. I understand where you are coming from. However, if you do not go out and explore the world, you will miss all the beauty in it.

Anxiety is not a fun feeling. It sounds cheesy, but having anxiety myself I reccomend thinking of things that make you happy to distract yourself and think of things to do to get you through just 5 minutes at a rime
