Chantiele I also love reading in bed, and I love being able to hold a book in my hands. However with the price of books nowdays, it is just a luxury at the moment. So kindle app is the way I go.

Chantiele It could be that your body is lacking something like calcium or iron. Not sure which to be honest. The other reason could be due to your hand being in one position for prolonged periods.
