What a day!

We were looking forward to watching a long-waited TV program that evening. The evening came but just before the TV program started, electricity was cut off. A neighbor said there was an accident that hit one of the electricity poles. We were busy turning on the powerbank so that we could have lighting but we forgot the recharge the powerbank, so it lasted only a couple of minutes.
Then we tried to phone the electricity officer in charge of brown-out but we could reach him; we had no phone signal. We heard that the outage would last a couple of days or so.
What a day. It never rains but it pours.

Yes, that's right but if it happens too often. Very annoying.

@yanzalong most power outage is caused by illegal connections, some people rob electricity, the feeder only provides what is the power consumption on certain areas, power outage occurs then..enough supply for users, not for illegal connections

i hope no one was hurt among those that were involved in the accident. how long does your powerbank work if it's fully charged?

We don't have a power bank. So I charge the phone and turned it off when it's needed. But I have thought of buying one.
