Welcome to today's edition of Good News Stories. I'm sorry I didn't have any yesterday, but I didn't find any that particularly inspired me. However, I hope this first one makes you smile. Man Donates Bikes for Free Shawn Ortolano, lives on Staten Island, and a year ago started giving away bikes to kids in need when he learned about a boy who had his bike stolen. He likes to fix up bikes and give them away or trade them to those in need. His charity is called Spokes of Hope. Three-Year-Old Boy Salutes Fallen Police Officer During Funeral Procession Cohen Chastain from Atlanta, GA, heard about a police officer killed in the line of duty and went to the funeral procession and saluted every officer who went past, standing on a stool without moving for two hours. The police department were so moved by his self-less act, they honored him with a toy police car, and had a personalized sticker on it proclaiming him as deputy Cohen.
