My steps towards betterment #2

Hello MyLot buddies! A very good day to you all.
In order to have a better lifestyle, first thing we need to incorporate is body fitness. I've broken it down to 3 little steps.
1. Wake up early. (this implies going to bed early enough)
2.Get some exercise. Even if for 60 seconds, it's good enough.
3. Have a healthy breakfast.
I've been trying to set the 1st one as a permanent habit for a while . Today I've managed to spring up with a smiling face. Then before breakfast was ready, I put Zolita's "Fight like a girl" on stereo, and danced with it like crazy. the objective was to move my body as much as possible.
The simple fact that I managed to do this for a single day is filling my day with happiness.
My commitment written here helps a lot to. Wish me luck and shower me with tips.

not really sure 60 seconds of exercise is going to do much but if you do it a few times a day it might!

@snowy22315 60 seconds of exercise won't do any help to my physique, but it may grow the habit easily. 30 minutes can be a freakout when I wake up :D I intend to increase the time gradually. Thank you loads for that tip !
