This dark chocolate thins is made by Expressi, an Aldi brand. The thin biscuits or cookies come in interesting flavors like orange, peppermint, and ginger. Doesn’t matter which flavor we choose, the biscuits are all covered with delicious dark chocolate...
I do love spice-flavored cookies and that’s why I picked up the ginger. And it did not disappoint at all, I can really taste the ginger with every bite of the crispy biscuit. Combined with the dark chocolate, it was hard for me to stop at just one biscuit…
Spiced cookies, cakes, or bread are things that I like to try. I don’t mind the taste of ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, or even the licorice-like flavor like star-anise or aniseed in them or in any form of desserts. Like in jelly beans, I get to eat all the black licorice-flavored ones because my kids only eat all the other colors with non-spiced flavors...

Ohhhh . . . that looks ! We don't have an Aldi's here but I have heard of this store all around myLot. Hey . . . I just looked it up . . . there is actually one in Santa Clarita . . . who knew - ok I'm going there next time I go out there. But anyway. I would give these to my mom . . . she loves ginger anything! I love all those spiced goodies, but not the anise . . . my husband is a big fan though .

You should check it out... They have everything from cookies to electronics and furniture... But don't expect a huge store. The ones here are always very simple and streamlined. They only carry their own private or 'made for Aldi' brands; so if you want something, laundry detergent for example, you don't really have too many choices to get except from one brand.

Ahhhhh ginger, I love the thin sliced ginger that some restaurants include with sushi. Then there's that famous Lebkucken covered in dark chocolate, I really like those.
I'm not really into sweets but dark chocolate isn't that sweet and combined with ginger cookies ... yuuummmmmmm

The dark chocolate thins looks like something I would like to try. I am not sure if they are sold in the United States though.

I don't mind spicy food, but I haven't been able to bring myself to try products like chili-flavored chocolate. I expect chocolate to be sweet or perhaps a bit bitter, but not hot as in spicy. Ginger spicy I don't mind though, I often have them as dessert and beverages too...

I like dark chocolate biscuits too. I remember the ones from Mark and Spencer, the dark chocolate digestive biscuits; they are my fave.

@sishy7 Yes, it's thicker. There's another one I like the Mrs.Goodman Chunkee Cookie Cream Pie. It's a crunchy cookie with a choco cream center. Actually, I like just about any chocolate cookie even Chips Ahoy and Oreos hahaha
