Yes stress, not eating right, gene factors all lead to hair loss. It just runs in my family and technically they say as we evolve more we going to look like the bald aliens. I mean animals very hairy, humans have lost most of their body hair. It makes sense.

@resukill22 Oh yeah, to much stress is really bad. Bad for heart bad for immune system. Bad in general. Ages you, but always how one handles it. I hate stress and will be honest do not handle it well. I will punch a fool when stressed out.

When we are stressed, we tend to lose hair.Hair becomes thin. Give every week a hot oil massage, and apply henna. It prevents dandruff and controls hair fall.

Maybe yes. But I think the hair loss can be caused by genetic factor or certain health problems.

@resukill22 I'm not sure. But I think it's because of lack of certain kinds of vitamins, or other nutritients.

Tell her to see a dermatologist because they can really check what the root cause of the problem is and could help her with that.
I'm using a shampoo and conditioner that contain no sulfate and no parabens. I usually use products with no paraben as chemicals can really cause a lot of harmful things to our body.

@resukill22 I forgot the name as it's not a common brand. But a bottle of shampoo was 399 and the conditioner was 399 too. I'm not at home so I can't check in my bathroom. I always forget the name of that shampoo but I will take a picture of that when I get home and show you when I can.

Most of my hair was gone by the time I hit 20 - it's just one of those things. Once its gone its gone

I think i would be bald by now if the amount of stress I have took my hair. No of no remedy, perhaps vitamins.

yes, stress can be a reason, sometimes one can have a patch on the scalp due to hair loss. your friend can drink Amla juice. it really helps and not only hair but skin as well.

@resukill22 Amla is called Indian gooseberry in english and its super for vitamin C. You can buy at pharmacy or online grocery store if you can’t find it at local ones.
