We are experiencing secondary infertility. Since the birth of my daughter, we have not used ANYTHING. And still, nothing. We are now getting ready to get married, and are going to wait until after our marriage to go see a fertility specialist.

I myself is experiencing secondary infertility. I have a 9 yr old son and is trying again to become pregant with my hubby with no luck. Test were ran on me and showed no problems. And my hubbys sperm was tested and came back good. I like to believe that when it's my time, I'll happen. I wish you luck with trying, I'm sure It'll happen for you :)

We just have been diagnosed to having secondary infertility. It was a new term to me to digest at first. I never knew that there was such kind of condition as secondary infertility. But I researched from the net and got so many topics that discusses secondary infertility. Our case was very similar to it having the first child with all ease then after that seems everything ended. It has come to our realization that it was not that easy anymore bearing a child.
After three years of trying to attempt to have baby we finally decided to have her checked up with an OBGYN so far were on monitoring with ultrasound and sounds everything ok except that they found out that there is no mature eggs coming out from her ovaries. We will be fruther observed and will be given an initial dose of medicines if it will do some good to us.

In the past I had a lot of problems becoming pregnant. I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and didn't ovulate. I had three years of treatments before I managed to conceive my first son. I neede dtreatment again to conceive my twin sons (that took two months!) I was on an ovulation induction programme where they monitor your blood hormone levels every day and you have injections of stimulating hormones to get the follicles to grow. It's what the IVF women go through, but luckily I didn't need intervention and conception was normal. Good luck to you and anyone who has problems. Miracles do happen. I have three of them!

We have been dealing with infertility for the past 4 years. we have gotten pg once and lost it early. We have tried tons of "tricks" that we have heard or read about but never any meds. My husbands insurance only covers half of the tests and no meds and I don't have insurance anymore.
I actually went today to get on birth control (bad periods)So I guess we have given up for now. :-(
Hugs to everyone on this journey...I hope it will be a short one.

I suffer from pcos. I do have 2 great kids 12 and a 10mths. I tried for 4 yrs to get pregnant and finally after 1 miscarriage a year and half after i was pregnant, i did clomid which never worked and than i convinced my doc to give me femara and i finally was able to ovulate but with no luck. So i did 2 more months of femara and nothing, the next month off the meds did the trick i was pregnant the natural way, This happens alot to people they take meds and then the next month off does the trick.

I have been experiencing infertility for 9 years. Doctors say everything is ok but still nothing happens. The first 5 years were really a nightmare. I tried every kind of test, treatment and medication. The doctors call it UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY. I am used to it now and don't seem to worry any longer. Secretly I still wait for something to happen every month.

We experienced infertility. Our issue was male infertility - all of my tests were normal. Luckily, MFI is one of the easiest problems to overcome with IVF. I am now 10 weeks pregnant after our IVF cycle. It took us 20 cycles to get there and was one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with. Hang in there!

I was infertile for almost four years and ended up having both of my children with the use of Clomid. I have a condition called PCOS, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and I rarely ovulated on my own, maybe once every year to year and a half.

I have infertility, primary but not because I have trouble conceiving, but because I am unable to carry a child to term. I have had 3 miscarriages and one stillbirth (21 weeks gestation) and doctors have done all the tests and have no reason why this is happenning. I cant' do it anymore and am facing life without children.

I have PCOS. I had always planned on having a large family, and I'm trying to come to terms that it might now be possible.
I have 2 children, but those didn't come easy. We were trying to conceive my daughter for 2 years before we got pregnant, and for my son it took 7 rounds of clomid.
I did get pregnant again 18 months after my son was born, but that ended in an ectopic.

I am not currently (too old now) but I did suffer from infertility for 9 years. I did many things to become pregnant. If you would like all the standard guidelines for infertility, please let me know and I will be happy to post them for you. (I'm an R.N.)
