Is there a place to fill in shop policies and returns? I can not find it at all in the shop manager area.

@daphers1981 yes, if you go into shop manager, setting, info and appearance you'll see policies, hope that helps.

I'm on Etsy and have been for over 3 years now. It does take a long to get going. It took me almost 3 months before I had my first sale. Since then sales have picked up especially this year, done really well.
Have a look around at other people who are doing the same. Look at there prices, keywords, description and so on. Use the teams for advice and above all promote your store like there is no tomorrow.
