Oh no, don't look at me, I know its not good to eat junk foods but of course, this is called cravings and sometimes we wanted to have that very tasty with strong flavoring and seasoning snack.
So while I'm doing my mylotting I am also having a good chomping of this junk food. It is called Funky French Fry Snax, opps this is a cheese flavor. And it's tasty. I just had my one bottle of beer and the taste is just so blending with this junk food.
Opps, here another sachet of tasty potato fries from Oishi. Oh well, I think junk food is good when you consume once in a while-- as long as the children are already sleeping.
Love to hear those sounds in your mouth.

Even I crave to have junk food sometime at night. Sometimes I crave badly for potato chips. I love potato chips and Pepsi. Also, some days I crave to have a burger, and french fries.

But what is junk food really these days? Nearly everything in the grocery store is not good for you, one way or another. I remember my auntie when she lived with us that eating "junk food" (the packaged chips loaded with artificial flavouring and 100 kilos of salt and preservatives) is bad for me. Then proceeded to feed me with fried Beef Loaf, and Corned beef, and a huge mound of white rice. same crap, right?
I say, as long as you do it every once in a while, and go for healthy and nutrient-packed food, fresh from the garden, if possible, and nearly everyday- should be fine.

@ilocosboy I am no fitness instructor but I think the key is "balance". A lot of marathon runners actually suffer pretty bad heart conditions when they're older. The heart is a machine with wear and tear. It needs exercise to stay healthy, but when excessive, it overworks as well. Too much of something - there's always wisdom to be had in that saying.

ha ha, maybe this is the reason why we are breaker of our own rules sometimes. We violate our own rules just to have them, well its too delicious to resist.

Junk food is fine once in a way but not as a routine. I too like it and in fact someone who visited me the other day gifted us with a lot of that stuff.

After I take my pills I cannot eat so I only eat two meals a day. It sounds like you have a good time munching away while My lotting.
