Most people think that the older you are the less chance you have, meaning that you have less opportunity than when you were still younger. But this is not all together true. Now whats more important is that you do the best for your life -- stay healthy and fit, and trust yourself that you can do it.
What is your take on it?

Yes I agree getting older is making us more focused on staying healthy.
We have some wisdom also that we had not early in years and it helps us to achieve some things we could not before.
You are looking good Good Buddy Yanazalong

@yanzalong That means that you know more younger people who are ill than older people? That's odd.

@MALUSE Nowadays, diseases attack young people as well. It's probably due to a bad lifestyle.

It is scarier as you get older. You no longer have the luxury of time. No matter how fit, your body is deteriorating quicker and more prone to ailments. Numerous options in life are now closed due to age.

I have no idea why people think like that. I, for one, never thought that getting old means lesser opportunity. As I age every single year, I gain wisdom and experiences that help me get through life and achieve my goal much easily. I also gain more confidence every single year.
