Do you wear slippers inside the house?

I don't wear slippers inside the house.when I go outside I wear slippers.But my mom wear slippers inside the house during rainy season, because the floor will be so chill . while she does the house chores activities she wears it other time she don't....
During rainy season or winter she used to wear slippers inside the house , so as to prevent her legs from chillness..... during other season we don't usually wear slippers inside the house..
I've seen many people wearing slippers inside the home all the time, but I doesn't know what benefits they have?

Yes i wear slippers inside the house. Those are meant only to wear inside so no problem.

I do not. I like to go bare feet when I am in the house even when it is cold.

Never wear slippers inside house and can't even think about it. That brings picture of my mom's angry face for not keeping my slippers outside.. 
In rainy season/ winter season we do get cramps kind of thing when your legs comes in touch with cold floor for longer period. If you clean your legs on regular basis I don't see any point on wearing slippers in house until and unless you live near a construction area were dust in air is too much.
