We have been eating a lot of flat iron steak--new cut, very tender, no bone, moderate price. About as tender as a tenderloin. It is good grilled. That does sound tasty!

I love ribeyes. Medium rare please. and it is sooo hard to get it cooked right out in restaurants. Most of time it is like well done.

My favorite cut of steak is any steak cut up in front of me.lol. I love steak. But we normally get the eye of round, I think it is called. Its not too expensive and turns out tender if you cook it right. I would rather have it grilled but I'm not fussy. Now when I go to Ponderosa Steak House, I get the rib eye.
