How to deal with people who think they are ahead of you?

It's either we need to block them in our life so that they can no longer affecting our life or ignore them.
It's the same thing as knowing someone they are smarter than you, but they are not. Pretending they know everything but they lack information and still want to insist they are right.
I deal with this kind of people before that is why some people have mistaken for a snob or aloof. In meeting people in every place, I tend to analyze or observe their behavior first before engaging with them. In that way, I will not look stupid in front of them.
Okay, this is not a rant.

I see, this is not a rant, but this is 'hugot' he he. Well, I think we just ignore them (or us if I'm included he he), its good you observe first people before engaging.

As for me, I connected to some people and I know, that they usually like workmates with the same interests, for examle going somewhere to relax and drink. Sometimes they are just rivals to each other, so we need to stay qualified and develop ourselves in a suitable better way.
