Have you ever talked to yourself before? is it weird?

seriously is that ok to talk to yourself? did you ? never ,, sometimes, sure i do but its weird and i know,but i cant stop its the only way to talk another clever person so i do seriously is that necessary? is that weird?

I do so sometimes and even "discuss" something I was watching with me,myself and I. Never done it out loud though I guess that would be on a whole different level.

My husband talks to himself a lot. He says it is the only way he gets the right answer. I will have to tell him the line about it's the only way tovtalk to a clever person.

I think its completely normal to engage in self talk once in a while. It helps me relieve stress so it might even be healthy. Well of course, talking loudly to yourself oblivious of the fact others are hearing you may also be a sign of unbalanced mind or an illness, but that's a different story though. Little self-talks occasionally to vent out your feelings or encourage yourself, those little conversations are rather usual or even habitual to some and not in any way weird, crazy or strange.

yeah ,talking inside our head is totally normal i think, but i sometimes see people who talks theirself in loud voice.
