Did you tried to eat this? Or mix in ur cooking food? Here in our country we use this sometimes because its brings so good appetite and more relaxing for me

I think I may have seen this but I am not sure whether I tried it before. Perhaps I did but it didn't leave me a deep impression. I think its taste is so so.

I remember eating sampalok candy when I was little. It just has the right sweet, sour and salty tastes. Sometimes we can get the spicy variety. It's been a while since I had one of those. But I don't like mixing it fresh in sinigang. It's weird I know but for some reason I prefer the mix that we can get from the packets.

It tastes amazing and I remember back in school, my friends use to smuggle them and they were used to eat them during classes. it was fun and a sweet memory with tamarind. In india, it is called "Imli". From North to south to east and west whole India use it in their cuisines in different way.
