Pizza Toppings

Inspired by a discussion with @sabtraversa and @dgobucks - I would like to ask - what are your favorite pizza toppings and combinations, my lot?
On pizza I like Italian sausage, hamburger, onion, green olive, black olive, spinach and mushroom, but in the case of the former 2 - not so much spinach that it gets bitter and only the dry, fresh mushrooms, not the slippery , wet canned mushrooms.
If all of those things would end up on a pizza, I would be quite fine with that. However some combinations that I like are as follows:
Hamburger (or sausage) and green olive
olive and mushroom
or even plain cheese
However - Pizza with pineapple on it is just *wrong*.
Of course there are a bunch of toppings that I'm neutral with (don't like or dislike) and some I don't - but the excellent thing about pizza is that you can just pick off what you don't like. :-)

@FayeHazel They have to be the smaller ones, made from caper flower buds, not the larger caper berries.

I agree with you, pineapple does not belong on pizza. The one in the picture would suit me just fine. Ot has all of the toppings i like.

I like all pizza toppings with the exception of anchovies. I guess maybe sausage and green pepper is what I get the most.

I always go for plain cheese, sometimes Hawaiian. I don't like too many ingredients on the topping.
