I can't sleep... Again.

November 13, 2017 10:56pm CST
Do you have a scheduled time to sleep? Lately my sleep is very unregulated and this is making me sleep later (beyond normal). I don't suffer from insomnia, but if I stay in that rhythm for too long... I'll have to find a way to solve this. Any tips, myLot friends?

Don't drink anything caffeinated after dinner like soda, coffee or tea. Also don't have any evening snacks. Try to do something boring an hour or two before bedtime. Good luck with that one, ha. I do have a regular sleep cycle which works the majority of the time. Good luck in your quest for sleep invisible!

firstly, become a zombie for a day then sleep at night at the regular time, 10pm or so. Make sure that you don't use computer or smartphone 30min before bedtime and drink a cup of warm milk. Also read a stupid boring book before sleep, guarantee to zzzz!

Wish I could share a tip that works. I myself would wake up in the middle of the night full of energy. Even though I know I would be tired the next day I couldn't make myself sleep.

When I cannot sleep, I watch movies and then I fell asleep after. That's how it works for me.

I share the same problem sometimes. What I do is drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed and grab a pocketbook to read as I lay down. It really helps to make me fall asleep easier!

I sleep late every night. Someone told me to go to bed early at a certain time and do it regularly but unfortunately I go to sleep at a different time every night and mostly late. We share the same sentiment.
