I Can't Believe It

Yesterday, I was happy that my Internet technician came early and set up my new box. It is working great.
But, just before I went to bed, I saw a red light on my landline phone in the kitchen.
Checked it and found out that the phone was not working. I checked all the phones in the house (a lot) and nothing worked.
I was very annoyed, it is a good thing that we have a cell phone in case of emergency.
This morning, when my coffee has brought back my brain cells, I will phone the company and discuss this problem. I hope that they can come today to fix it.
I wonder if the technician did something wrong or is it just a coincidence?
Not a happy camper right now, sorry for the rant.

We had that issue a couple of times regarding my Internet service, and it was not a good time. But wishing you the Best that from here on out, things will be better.

Oh, I hope they get it fixed for you. That is a pain. We have had lots of problems with our phone and internet over the years. We live in a rural area and the lines are ancient.

@rebelann Yes, this is true, I am happy with the current place we have. I do miss the acreage we were on a few years ago and it took me forever to get accustomed to living right beside the road (blah!) and the noises that come with it. I do like that I have Spectrum cable with highspeed internet and cable tv! I have a Dollar General right up the road and I am only about 8 minutes from a grocery store. I am still considered country. You should see all of the neighbors with chickens and goats and ducks and horses.

Thats the kind of community I'm in @Shellyann36 my back fence neighbors raise 2 goats then they slaughter them for food and after a while they get 2 more. They have chickens too and up the street someone has peacocks and geese and I've heard a horse. It's relatively quiet most of the time which I love but the times are changing and the area is beginning to get more businesses, I don't really like that idea but nothin I can do about it.

Maybe there is something the technician didn't put or connect that the phone didn't work. Hope you can contact soon the technician to have it fix.
