Today I will steam some bananas. I think it's one of delightful ways to eat bananas. I realized I am not a fan of bananas, and therefore I seldom eat bananas on it’s own but had it in different forms. I will make steamed bananas today. I will serve the peeled steamed bananas with coconut palm sugar sauce. Yummy..
Well, my friends, have you ever tried to steam bananas? Do you like them?
Or would you tell me how do you eat your bananas?

You haven't tried the steamed banana, so how could you decide that you prefer eating the raw one?

@dpk262006 It's ok. That's your choice. Actually steamed banana is almost as same as steamed banana cake.

I've tried boiling bananas but I prefer it raw. I haven't really cooked bananas any other way. .I enjoy eating it just plain raw.

@pitsipeahie Well, it's just as easy as steaming any vegetable. Then you can eat it with sauce. Hope you like it.

Yes I have and it's a lot healthier than cooking it with oil.

That's true. The steamed banana has less fat in it than the fried ones.

Yes, it's just as easy as steaming any vegetable. The steaming process consists of adding unpeeled, ripe bananas to a steamer basket set above a pot of boiling water.

Oh, that's a nice name. Here we don't have the specific name for this steamed banana. We just call it steamed banana.
