Hi, I am new to MyLot and am looking forward to getting to know people on here. I am a freelancer who moves around a lot, I guess the term nowadays is digital nomad. I like doing anything on the internet from silly quizzes to lurking through Tumblr and falling down the black hole of Wikipedia.

I have been to the UK, Italy, France and South Africa. Being able to work online has really opened up the ability to work while travelling.

Welcome to myLot! I notice that you say that you have already read the pertinent information under "Help", so you will already know the basics of how the site works. The main aim of the site is 'discussion' and, if you find the right people to join in your discussions, it can often be quite addictive! Even though some people seem to think that myLot has something in common with other social sites like Facebook or Tumblr and so on, it's really rather different since one's aim should be to start discussions which generate some useful and interesting interactions. On the way, one can meet and get to know some interesting and genuine people from al over the world! Oh, and, as a bonus, you can earn a few pennies whilst doing so!

'Freelancer' could apply to quite a number of kinds of job these days. What is your particular speciality?
