Can you sleep 8 hours a night?

Honestly, I have to say that feel a very good envy of people who manage to have 8 hours of sleep.I can't say that this is something impossible for me to achieve, but it's very complicated considering my habit of sleeping late.
How about you? Are you lucky enough for that?

Not always that lucky. I tend to doze off while sitting on the sofa, while my wife continues to enjoy watching an evening show. By the time I get to bed, I am already feeling like I need a century to catch up with some sleep.

Actually I set the alarm to sleep 9 hours but it takes me a long time to fall asleep and then if I have restful or bad night sleep. Last night I did not sleep good at all and am so tired today, but, my lower back is also bothering me.

Not always but it is what I aim for each night. Recently I haven't been sleeping well though and have been sleeping a lot less than 8 hours.

I have around 6-7 hours of sleep. I sleep late and wake up late though.

I have no problem to sleep. I can sleep longer time. However, since I often go to bed late as I have many things to do at night, I also need to wake up early to make breakfast for my family. I can't have enough sleeping time. But in weekends finally I can sleep normally.

I guess it would depend on what time I lay down and go to sleep , often I wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night
