Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving.
How do you handle stress during the holidays.
Many are very stressful when it does come to this.
At one time I use to have a lot of stress.But that was a while ago.
Now with this generation and curiosity how they handle them self during the holiday.

Good morning.Here it is late evening.We do not celebrate Thanksgiving.But we do have our own stressful holidays.

I don't do stress, and when I do, I tend to internalize it.
But if there is a stressful situation, I do my very best to avoid it-life is just too short.

Oh Hi there my dear friend! Good Morning there and Afternoon here! Happy Thanksgiving! I handle my stress by going for a walk around nature but if winter comes I really do like going out on some place quiet and relax

@amadeo - Well, we are athiest so no Christmas, and as far as Thanksgiving goes, it's just the two of us.

I always make a list of movies i want to watch when i have free time ,so this helps me reducing stress.

I believe in catching the bull by horn. If I have a problem and I am feeling stressed, I would like to do something in this regard rather sitting quite.
