Hello Again!

It's been quite a long time since I've been here, it's been a busy few months but a couple of things have happened that has drawn me back. For starters my favourite writing site has just gone kaput - I heard about it this morning and am a bit disappointed as that was kind of the last place I had online to jot down my thoughts about various bits and pieces (I'm totally not up for blogging, I have neither the patience nor a wide enough 'circle' to advertise myself), I was just sitting here thinking how sad it is that I'll have nowhere to write about fun times I've had with the kids when I remembered my MyLot account. So here I am! Secondly it's so bloomin' cold that I just want to sit next to the radiator when I'm at home and that is where my laptop is so the plans I had for a few days of writing and reading have gone down the pan. Anyway, I don't want you's to think that MyLot is my 'second choice' - well, it is but only because you know we all have a favourite site to head to and now that's no longer viable I'm going to give it another shot on here.
