Do you have an open mind?

Are you interested in seeing new places and trying new foods? Do you want to become educated and learn more about the world or a specific subject? Are you open to opinions that are different from yours? I’d say that I definitely have an open mind. I went to college to earn a degree and learn more. I’ve traveled to several different countries. I love trying different types of food. I am always willing to debate topics. I hate seeing close-minded people who have no idea what they are missing by having such a narrow view of the world.

The only way you can effectively argue a point or make a stance is by trying and listening and experiencing to provide the knowledge and validity.

Yes, I am an open minded person. I love to travel and learn many things from other peoples countries, culture and tradition. We are learning a lot here at Mylot as we have different nationalities as well as tradition and cultural background.

I've always been open to trying new things. There are very few things I won't eat. Part of the reason I read so much and am so passionate about encouraging others to read is because it is another way to open your eyes and experience things or Learn things. I hate when people say they don't like something before they try it. Biggest pet peeve ever.

Agreed. My parents always made us at least try something. If we didn't like it, then we didn't have to eat it but we HAD to try it. Then you get those households that only eat 5 meals over and over and over again. I guess there is no hope for them.

@NJChicaa I couldn't do that. Even if you're a fan of chicken and rice or potatoes there are hundreds of ways to make it.

@NJChicaa I worked at several daycares and it always amazed me what bland food they serve day after day.

I believe I have an open mind. There are several times I saw mentioned on MyLot that I had to look up on the internet to see what the person was talking about though.

I dislike close mindedness too. I love traveling and definitely love new foods as long as theres no meat in it. I cant wait to see more of the world. I know a few people including my parents who cannot stand the thought of travel.
