Back from my Christmas Dinner

It was a nice evening out. The food was really good. I had steak and a beet salad. The beet salad was so good. I think it is my new favorite salad. We had a good time with lots of good conversation. It was much quieter then previous years because we have a few new people this year so it just didnt have the same feel about it. All it all it was a good evening though. I am glad to be finally home. Its been a long day. Now to catch up on the discussions and see what all of you have been up to.

I love beet salad and I cannot have it, I am prone to kidney stones and beets contribute to kidney stones.

@Happy2BeMe My doctor warned me when I had to be rushed to the ER. Kidney stones are very painful.

Glad you enjoyed your meal. We have a nice new salad we've been making too. I know it has bacon spinach mushrooms and I think purple onion in it with some kind of nice dressing.

That's nice that you had a great time. We're planning an unofficial party after work for next Friday. Our owners don't celebrate Christmas, so that is why its unofficial. I haven't decided if I'm going or not, they are closing earlier then we are, so we'll miss at least an hour of it.
