My biggest mistake Leaving job without having any offer in hand

Never quit a job until you have another one.

The best ideal thing that it should be done is to find another job while still working. I hope you can able to find a new job soon.

I think you left the job to safeguard your self respect and self esteem. I would say that it was a right decision on your part because there is no use serving an employer by losing your self respect. Money is not everything. Don't worry about your present state of unemployment, if you have requisite experience and qualification, you will soon get a new job. Keep applying and keep pursuing. Your decision is understandable but was not very wise. As you're one of the members who doesn't mention their country on their account page, I don't know what to advise. In Europe, I'd say to turn to a trade union. No employer is allowed to treat employees like slaves.

Hi Neha! Are you crazy? I can understand but Unless you get a new job, you should not leave a current job. Such an environment can be seen everywhere. Now Do not worry, apply in the job portal and do a new job. All the best You will definitely get a job.

I think its good that you left job coz when your work environment and treatment of senior authorities is not good then there is no use of doing that job , it makes you more frustrated which may affect your health. Hope you get what you really deserve :)

It is not partially a wrong decision.where there is no respect and treated as a slave we can't stay there .but you have stayed for some days.As job is must to survive needs and responsibility you must have tolerate some days with patience until you got some other job.

hie neha, i think that if u had intrest in another thing else from job then u deserve and need a great... potential to you that what do u want to do... in the world and our life it is not necessary... to having a job only... there are so many roads to run... but when all are closed.... then olny work.... is working.. is only your SKILLS... U HAVE... so thinking of it that u dont have job.. then ??? these all questions u are having... give it a answer from your skill... just think... from another side....
