Since there are many mangoes at home, I plan to make mango pudding with them. But, this is just a plan. I don't know whether I will have much time at home to make the pudding today or not. There are lots of work to do at school. Well, for making Mango Pudding I need to ask somebody for the recepe of mango pudding as my mom doesn't know how to make mango pudding. Have you ever tried mango pudding?

Our Mango season begins in March , but you seem to already have it ...I make a pudding which is not baked. Use crushed biscuits mixed with butter and use it as a base , cover with a layer of whipped cream and then mango pulp and a nother layer of cream on top . You can sprinkle some tiny mango pieces or mango slices and crushed biscuits crumbs on top and refrigerate it for an hour to set. It is delicious and healthy since there is no sugar.

Sounds really yummy and healthy. I finally cancelled making mango pudding as I was a little busy with my works this week. Anyway I will try making mango pudding next time. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

My mother always makes the plain baked pudding made of bread. I'd also done it a couple of times myself but not with mangoes. What I usually make with mangoes are Mango float cake similar to what @kiran8 describes, Mango smoothie and Mango tapioca.

@A_loves_B There, that's mango tapioca. Its made of milk, coconut milk, tapioca, sugar, mango juice, mango meat. You may tweak the ingredients and adjust to your taste.

@A_loves_B It is not fair on your part. You ate all the mangoes because you did not want to share your pudding with me.

No, and I've only had mangos in my smoothies, so I'm not sure how it would taste in a pudding.

I remember my grandfather used to wash and freeze the excess mangoes. On a hot day it was like eating an ice-cream. They were the small mangoes though - not those huge ones. Mango pudding sounds delicious.
