work is so stressful

so I work in the photo department of a Walgreens. I love my job and the company is great. but it's really stressing me out that they keep scheduling people who have no training back there in photo. these particular people keep messing up orders. orders go missing, aren't completed properly, or are in the wrong envelopes. it's really stressing me out because I have to deal with the unhappy customers when they come in and I can't find their orders. I requested a week away from work in January. I need away from these people. the lack of communication and support from my management is really making me consider finding a new career.
this is just my rant of the day. please pay me no mind.

Retail work , in general is very stressful, especially at the holidays. My husband works in retail and tells me stories everyday about the problems they have and the unhappy customers they have to deal with.

I've been there almost 3 years and everything has gone well until November to now. people keep quitting. I would quit to if I got thrown into all of this without enough training. we are 3x busier than we were 2 years ago and have 2x the workload that we did 2 years ago so it just stressing me out. Walgreens released new products in photo in November with not enough time for me to learn myself and to train everyone in photo and then the managers just throw whoever back there and I'm stuck cleaning up the mess. I need a vacation away from these people.

I can understand how stressful it is when your coworkers don't do their job correctly.

it's terrible! it's not all her fault because she hasn't been trained properly but I can't train her until after the holidays when the store isn't constantly busy with customers and orders. it would help me a lot if they scheduled another person in photo during the day to help check out and help people on the kiosks so I can actually make the orders.

It is completely frustrating to work in a place where it is implied that anyone can do every job in the place. Sadly it is more common these days. Not sure if management is being frugal with your business or if the just don't care.

What ?? Photo Department.; Are people still taking photos in studios? Whatever may be, you should have patience and should never run away from such places. Sweet are the uses of adversities.
