So here is a racoon that comes around most nights, can you tell how healthy he is? ya that's because I make sure he eats well, and not out of my garbage can. I decided to take a photo of the little bugger, so that I may remember him forever when goes away to start his own family.

Mine's name is Peanut. He loves peanuts, anything with peanuts. He's enjoying a Payday candy bar in this pic. I've been feeding him for 8 years now.

I have about 18 of them that visit nightly @iiiPhotography . They eat more cat food then my 12 cats do.

Even when he starts his own family he'll be back, it's the way of raccoons. We had one we fed for many many years. He found a lady and had a family. He kept coming back through his old age and he eventually came to his human friends to die. He is buried under the mulberry tree in the front yard with some of his favorite foods.

Omg that's a great story ! Actually fred did start a family and your right. He brought his family to eat as well. I'm happy your raccoon had a good life.
