I bought a foot massager for myself lastnight as I go to one of the malls here in my place to shop for some Christmas gifts.
This foot massager caught my attention since I remember that sometimes the sole of my foot aches. I don't know what could be the reason behind this but one thing I know for sure that this foot massager does wonder to my aching sole. Aside from that, this foot massager claims to promote blood circulation and metabolism, so as to improve sleep.
Has anyone of you have a foot massager at home? Or perhaps has any one of you tried using this?

Hehe. Yes it can save up energy but you have to exert effort just to massage your feet. I bought it in Novo colon. It is not expensive you must try it. It will make you feel relaxed afterwards.

My mom has a massager but it's not for foot. More like you need to hold it so that you can press it on the body part of your choice and it would massage. The challenge is holding on to the massager while it vibrates because there are times that your hand goes numb because of the vibration. LOL. Though nothing beats someone who will massage you but it helps when you don't have the time to go to a spa and when you are on a budget.

I have a foot massager at home which has a similar feature at the bottom and a heated jet spa. It is really good and does wonders for my feet!
