But it is not right to tell good morning all the time. Mornings you can tell good morning, Afternoons you can tell good afternoon, and at evening or night you can say good evening. When you go to sleep at night you can tell good night.

Maybe he is trying teach the students that every moment is like the good start for the rest of the days. I think there is spiritual thing involved in that.

Doesn't he think "good afternoon","good afternoon",and "good evening" are as positive as "good morning"?

Mostly when afternoon and evening students already tired and don't want to study anymore :))

Hmmm. There are other ways to keep spirits high and that is him teaching properly. No students would feel alive if he teaches poorly.
