Not Now!How could you die on me.

Good morning.Yes not now the oven coil die on us last night. But it was sort of weird.When I shut off the oven.Part of the coil remain on. am i miss something here.I know need to get a new one fast. If I can find it.But they say most coil are standard? We got this 17 years ago.Sears Roebuck.Kenmore brand. Will take the coil out and see if we can pick one up.I need it badly. Wish me luck. photo online

I hope you can find a new coil. You might be able to order one from the manufacturer. My toaster oven did the same thing so I bought a new one last night.

I hope you can get one. Being that old, they might not make that kind of coil anymore. I hope I'm wrong and coils are standard no matter how old or new the stove.

Much better idea to buy a new oven altogether and a fridge and you never know when they are going to have problems specially around Christmas. Wishing you both a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.

I think coils are standard if they fit. Yeah I've seen that too where part of the coil gets hot. Being without an oven is turkeyless?

Glad to see you got a new stove. When ours went out, well it burnt through , we found a new coil online. Our stove is so old we were shocked when we found the part.
