How many days off do you get for Christmas holiday?

For some offices in my place, Christmas lasts for 2 or 3 days. But, in the school where I work, for the Christmas holidays, I get off an entire week. My friend who works in hospital is unlucky since he only gets one day off from work: Christmas day.
So I am just curious, how many days do you get off for Christmas?

Before when I was still working, we only have a day off after that we go to work.
Sad life because you can't celebrate Christmas with your friends, Family and loved ones.
And now I don't have work yet, I have all the time of my life.

@Teekaaa We just spend the Christmas day at home. Some relatives come visiting us. But, a little sad as my boyfriend doesn't get holidays for Christmas. Even he forgot to wish me a merry Christmas.

Only one day, in my country. But most people take the entire week off anyway, so offices are usually pretty quiet until after New Year.
