What's your favorite festive foods? why?

We just finished celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas and a few few occasions for 2017, and that occasions we have a few tradition food that we need to prepare and cook... For example, - Thanksgiving will be complete without roasted turkey... - Halloween must have Toffee apples, Candy-corn, Pumpkin pie - Christmas some have fruitcake, gingerbread man, bibingka at puto bumbong, Queso de Bola (Edam), Christmas Ham (Hamonado), What's your favorite festive foods? why?

We don't celebrate any of them, but during our festive season I enjoy eating a few local dishes. Most of them are made only for the special occasion.
