“What makes you feel stress-free?”

Each of us deals with stressors in life, either minor or major situations. It has been proven that life is not easy. I will slit my throat if someone will claim that they had never experienced stress in their lives. The most important thing is we know how to balance everything that comes into our lives.
I always felt stress-free seeing my kitten Shadow in the backyard. Most of the time, he saw clingy catching up with my walking pace. He knows where’s my favorite spot and sits with me. It is a simple way to ease up oneself from stress.
“How about you, guys?”

Listening to old music, from the 60-70s. Also, spending time with my dog Kobe, playing ball or taking a nice walk with him.

As long as I can get what I need to have, I think I can feel stress-free.

@yanzalong I also felt stress-free if we have the basic needs of the family.

My doggie is my stress reliever, before we played together, but now that she's not with me anymore, I can see her and bond with her through vid call

@Shavkat Yesh! I am alone in my apartment, so it's not ideal for me to take care of the dog. I tried to took care of my doggie for the past 2 months only and it was hard for me and so as to my doggie because most of the time she's alone inside my apartment . I work 9 hours from mondays to fridays. That's why I am happy she's in a better place now

@cttolledo I do think that we need to have more time in taking good care of our pets. I am sure you will see him soon. I will also do the same decision and let others pet him.

@Letranknight2015 I hope I can, my friend. It is not a perfect timing.

No, don't slit your throat, it would be a waste of that new profile photo.
When I was younger (and single), I would play guitar or piano for hours to de-stress. These days, I read books, watch movies, gardening, or shopping, etc (depends on the type of stress!)... Writing down my unhappy thoughts and chatting to God via the use of a diary helped me greatly too.

You are right. I think it is not right to slit my throat.lol That's my frustration in playing musical instruments. I had tried to learn it to no avail. Now. I am more stress-free when writing here. I am also grateful that I had found this site.

Reading and being at a quiet outdoor spot are some of the things that make feel stress-free.

When I have something hard to deal with and only a few people can help me and I have to keep on them to get their attention I get very stressed. I was lucky this time someone told me about someone that could help me. She led to other people to help. I got so worn out that getting sick did not come till this Sunday morning when I woke up. When things go good I am not so stressed but when things and pressures come at once it is very hard for me to deal with it.

My pet also helps my stress when she's not barking.
