Trying hard

I am trying hard not to snap. My husband keeps creating money issues and what not. Doesn't budget his money well even with me being him. Today he bought an Xbox 360 card he didn't need instead of using it towards a bill. He wasn't happy we had to pay this landlord something and now we're hoping to move soon so we don't have to pay this landlord. Once we move things will be fine and less stressful. Prayers things get better for me.

Did he know about the situation with the landlord before he bought it? Because if he didn't, I can understand why he bought it because he is working for that money. but if he did know about the situation, shame on him.

If you guys are struggling then I agree you with and understand how you feel. He didn't need the card that was money that could have went to important things. My husband was terrible spending money like it grew on trees. My boyfriend is not much better. He makes four times the amount of money I do in a year but I have more money saved then he does.

@carebear29 I used to do eBay and did really well but the shipping costs went up a lot and I quit doing it. I got sick of it. I have stuff piling up in the closest that I need to get listed but when I have time I'm alway so tired so don't want to do it.

It's tough for you when you have such good intentions. His actions are immature and selfish. Yes I will pray that he sees the light with managing his money.

So sorry to hear about your husband's foolish choice. I hope both of you will soon settle into better workable financial arrangement and into a fresh start.

moving to other apartment is really expensive.. that's why I want to stay in one place as long as I can. Since I started working far from my home in 2015, I moved 3x to different apartments in a span of 3 years. So far, I am 1year now in my current apartment.

Your husband and you shouldn't be spending anything at this time, except for groceries. Moving costs a lot of money, plus your bills should always be paid first.

@carebear29 Good for you, Nikki! Good job:) Groceries are necessary items, while other things are not.

your husband should know the difference between "needs and wants". I hope you get to move soon so things will be less stressful on your part.
