Today was one of those days that when I left home, if anything could go wrong or backwards it did. First one tenant texts me she cant pay today, after setting this day up with me last week, then told me when she will pay. I did not answer the text and went to her house with the lease in hand and the text message from her mother. I put down the law! The one she signed, I let her know she is not working and that she has moved someone in without my clearance. The other tenant could not pay till after 6 pm. So I took the elderly ladies to get groceries. Big Mistake! I waited and waited and after an hour and being frozen they finally came out, then got mad at me because they got so much stuff that it would not fit in the car and they had to hold the stuff in their lap for two blocks. Actually thy had so much they were covered in their food and junk. But I told them it had to be put in the back with them. To kill more time me and my sister went to Publix, it was for her because I did not need anything. I dropped her off because she did not want to go out to eat with us and Tony had the bright idea to stop and get the elderly ladies again, Like a dumbazz I did it. On the way back the younger and craziest started on what this retarded man, that is dead now, supposedly said about me. What she says has never bothered me but man does it fire up my sister and Tony. The guy supposed to have said I was a prostitute and tonight I could not help myself, I said " I sure was, mine is so good I make`em pay for it." and then she went to Tony, saying that he was selling his body too. I looked over and said " Runs in the family, are you a stud muffin?" She then said " I don`t know why he hated you." I told her "I know why, he was in love with m and I would not have anything to do with him, he hated me because he could not have me." Freakin crazy ride home, I am not gonna be talked into that again. Last..... I was meeting the tenant at walmart because he gets his check cashed there, I got there before them, we were driving right in front of the grocery section when I heard it. POP-POP-POP and I told Tony that`s gun shots! and I turned down a lane as the shooter car flew passed me and people were running behind cars hiding. I look back and some guy gets out of his SUV and looks at it, it took shots all down the side, I heard 6 shots. I called the tenant and they still wanted to met there. So I drove to the next parking lot and waited and thy got there a few minutes later, by that time the police were everywhere. Another black car showed up and I think her car was shot as at well. And all of these people were white, if anyone wondered. I thank God that I got this place, I can see the stars at night and the only noise is from nature. Well some hunters but so far that is under control. How is your city or town? Anything like this happen?
