@Evil_Guy You should accept the pain. You should not ignore it! I have seen many people making their life easier by accepting the pain rather than ignoring and wanting to avoid it!

Brother this is not necessary... Keep your stress level to a minimum with proper diet and hydration and it won't be a problem... My mum suffers from Migraine yet I don't have any symptoms

My grandmother suffered from terrible migraines, not just headaches but the flashing lights in the eyes and nausea as well. She was a talented artist and designed a logo used for many years by a UK migraine charity.
I used to get migraine headaches very regularly until quite recently. Things that seemed to set them off included eating too much cheese (three portions in 24 hours once gave me one of my worst migraines ever), strobe lights and, very commonly, sleeping later on a Saturday after getting up earlier for the rest of the week (that one can still sometimes give me a problem).

Like others said, it's not necessary that you will develop migraine. But if you do, the first thing you can try is meditation. Headaches are a result of blood vessels tension in the head. Meditation relaxes the body and blood vessels and regulates your blood pressure. It will help. Every relaxation technique will help.
