How many times do you watch your favorite movie?
In my case only once, but my wife she can watch them 100 times and over without getting bored
Because of her this habit I am scared to scan the movies channel as she might catch one.
I can't stand any of the already seen or my to say my wife's favorite movies, not because they ain't nice.
You will also start hating your favorite movie if you are made to watch it a hundred times

@nitirrbb7 I always ask my husband first if what I would like to watch is also something he likes. If not, I skip.

To me, a movie (or a favorite episode of a TV show) isn’t like music. I can listen to a song several times in a row, but I can’t watch a movie six or seven times in a row. Part of it is time constraints, of course (two minute song versus two hour movie).
However, when I had cable I watched Casablanca and The Godfather every time it was on.

Yeah a song is in no comparision to a 2+ hour(bollywood movie) no ways you can stand that long.
I loved watching The Godfather earlier too but have no heard of Casablanca is it drama or a movie?

@nitirrbb7 -- Casablanca is one of the best-loved American movies ever. It was made in 1942, very timely when it was released (set in French Morocco at the onset of World War II), and the plot involved a resistance fighter who'd escaped a concentration camp trying to get to America so he could continue his work. It just so happened that his wife was the former love of the nightclub owner in Casablanca. It has so many elements: drama, suspense, mystery, romance, and even comedy. It's Humphrey Bogart at his best (and that's saying something because he made some incredible movies!). I hope you get the chance to see it one day. It may not be your style, but it's my favorite film.

That is 2 movies I never tire of either. And Shawshank Redemption too. The downtrodden rises up and finds a happy ending, what's not to like there

I watch them alot but i don't watch them every day. I may rewatch some of my favorite movies every few months but they get boring after awhile. I always try to find something new to watch.

No here the case is a little bit different she will watch it today, tomorrow and even day after tomorrow. And watching she will do some surfing on the mobile that means she skips some scenes which she can enjoy on later so the movie never gets boring for her. Sometimes I think that the cable operator had some kind of grudge on me that he repeats the same again and again

I don´t think that I´d watch anything 100 times unless that is an exaggeration. But I can watch it several times.

@nitirrbb7 I live alone so I watch what I want when I want it. But of course if there were more people at the house, we would have to decide what to do that we all liked.

So at the end you won't mind watching it again even if you have, would it even be if nobody else wants to watch it at that moment.

I feel your pain. My husband can watch a movie a million times and more. He will even re-watch one he saw just yesterday. Same for old television series, Over and over and over again. I have come to hate television as there is no where I can get away from the damned thing.

Growing up, before it was colorized, we watched The Wizard of Oz once a year. It was a ritual of my childhood.

I love all kinds of movies and have a collection of videotapes still. I can get through most of the old movies that I have seen many times before and still enjoy them. In fact, on a couple of the movies, I noticed some things at times that I never noticed before.

Some I can watch over and over just not on the same day. I guess I have an affinity for repetition when it comes to good movies.

@nitirrbb7 I just watched the Classic Western Movie "Shane" this past Sunday. I also will watch anything Robert De Niro is in. Some examples Godfather 2, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, Casino, Deer Hunter, Meet The Parents and Analyze This. All great movies. I also enjoy biographies and some documentaries I will watch again.

I am not much of a movie watcher at all. I have a hard time sitting still for anything. I also do not tend to have favorites. So I guess maybe one time is my answer.

well, i have certain movies that I want to re-watch annually: Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and of course, all of my favorite holiday films.... So many times! I'd say I've seen Lord of the rings probably 10 times. Harry Potter, probably close to that, though not quite as much. And then the holiday ones well, usually once a year.... occasionally, we will watch Elf twice in a Christmas season.

It starts with Casually then Occasionally then Annually and finally Repeatedly, you are diagnosed on Annually only one more to go and then you will watch Lord of the rings 100s of times and even then you will find it interesting
Your poor husband will run away with both his hands in the air like a mad man the way I do
