I think you have lactose intolerance.You can try milk alternatives like soy milk and almond milk.Try coconut milk as substitute for cooking recipes which calls for milk.You should also watch your food consumption as many food items have milk in them like ice cream, cakes, and chocolates.The only milk product that can be taken by those with lactose intolerance is yoghurt.
