Bathing in Winters

Having a long, pampering bath is one of my habits especially on my non-working days. However, during winter time, it's one of my dreaded things to do.I would rather cuddle in bed, under the warmth of my woolen blankets.I'm applying olive oil first, before doing my bath.Sometimes,I have to delay bathing after noon time.Do you have ways to enjoy your baths during winters?

A chilly topic indeed... But ever since I was in 9th grade, I developed a habit of taking cold water baths every day which I am maintaining to this day and hopefully will continue to do so.. It is very tempting to just keep sleeping but just out of habit I get up to take a bath

That's good to hear,at least taking baths in winter is not a problem to you.Maybe I'll try to make it a habit.Besides, they said that cold water baths are better for our health than warm.

I actually like taking baths in the winter, it's nice to soak in the hot water when it's cold. However, I do not like getting out into the cold air and drying off. I'd rather stay in the hot water. I need to get one of those little space heaters for the bathroom.

I agree it's tolerable to soak in warm water in winter but when your out of the water and exposed to cold air,it's the unbearable part.Maybe we can apply Vaseline before going out from the bathroom.

@kareemadivina I find it helpful to fully dry off and sit a minute in the steamy bathroom before exiting so that it's not too much of a shock when you go out into the cold air.

I don´t like to get up. But once I do (and with a heater in the bathroom) I don´t mind it.

I can’t imagine myself taking a bath in a cold winter season. I had experienced this before and it was really a difficult thing to do. I guess I am excused for living in a tropical islands of the Philippines.
