Eyes Everywhere!

Whenever I go online I get this feeling that my every movement is being watched. Recently I checked out a product on a site - and now the product I researched pops up at intervals when I am on mylot. Seems like google has eyes everywhere.
At first I thought my friend was being a bit paranoid about her privacy online. She told me that she covers the camera which is on the top right hand corner of her laptop with a piece of tape every time she opens it up. I think I will do the same, even though I am not sure how the camera can affect me negatively.
What are your online privacy concerns?

I think my biggest "fear" online is having passwords stolen. It's happened to me. Now I change my passwords monthly.
Here's a song for you.

I have gone well past getting irritated with this. The moment I buy or even search for a product on Amazon pronto it features on FB and even here. Since I do not lose much I do not mind.

I know I'm being watched. But I got things to do, so I do them. But I pity the poor soul who has to watch me. What a boring job!

@Kandae11 - I didn't do it. My daughter did it. She's the paranoid one. I didn't even know it was a camera. My son gave me the laptop and he didn't tell me! Thank God for kids who are up on the technology. ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

@Kandae11 The same thing happens to me, when I search something, it keeps coming up on different sites, and I keep my camera covered up also.

I don't really think about it. I just work online and I haven't noticed anything strange.

Yes, I often wonder if someone can see the person using the laptop through that camera.
