Men Will Always Want Something More

Almost every man, no matter how high up or how rich he may be, will tell you (if you gain his confidence) that he is unhappy. There is something he wants that he cannot get, or there is something he has that he wants to get rid of.
Although the queen has castles and millions at her command and has besides what most sovereigns’ lack (the love of her subjects) it is questionable whether or not she gets much pleasure out of her position.
Man is the best and noblest thing on earth, as bad as he is, and it is easy to understand how he fails to find true happiness in anything lower than himself.

Happiness comes from within. If you let greet, material things, and other vices determine your happiness, then you will always be unhappy. You have a very well writing post.

@taciaelisepeace Thanks for your contribution. For sure happiness emanates from within not without. Good day.

There is nothing wrong with always wanting something more, just make sure that it won't destroy you. We should always strive to improve our situation and not be complacent. Goals define a man. Without goals, you'll wake up one day wondering what the hell happened.

The real fulfillment is in simple living. Less is more is the way, never hoard what we don't need now.
Agreed that is tough to follow.
I went for balance in every way and that meant I did not bother much about monetary rewards though I have what I want. Personally I believe what we do not use should return to society.
Material wealth beyond our needs is more a liability in every way - siva
