Going for a morning jog

I have always wanted to build the habit of consistently exercising, and morning jogging is one of the exercises I would really like to do. There were days I went jogging every morning, but there were months I didn't go at all.
Since the beginning of year 2018, I started to go jogging again. There were a few days I was still lazy to go, and there were raining days too. I don't force myself too hard for this now, but I started to listen to my favorite homeschool mentor's video while I am jogging, so it does motivate me to go jogging as I am always inspired by her, and I hardly find other time to listen to her videos.
It's also a good feeling to exercise and enjoy the morning scenery in the park. Most importantly, I really need to exercise more to keep me stay healthy.

I cant jog or walk much due to Fibromyalga, but finding a good mentir to listen too is a great way of encouragement for all you do,

Yes I go to jog every evening nowadays.
Usually I go in the morning but due to cold weather I jog in the evening.

I really have never jogged. I used to walk a lot and then got out of the habit. I need to start doing that again and also want to do yoga at home.

I like to take walks and do stretching exercises at home.

I don't do any specific exercise but I am fairly active most days around the house.

I do Bollyfit at home and some brisk walking outdoors when the weather is fine.

Me too has started jogging again for two months now. I'm a 50 year old man and signs of diabetes and heart problem are starting to show in our annual physical exam. I need to lose weight to prevent these medical problems. It's been a good feeling running with others in a nice afternoon.
