How many of you ever had acupunture? / myLot

Did you like it if you had it? Would you try it if you did not have it? MY physical therapist took a course and I was her first guinea pig. I loved it. I thought it was very relaxing.

i had it once. it was expensive. they also said you might not notice an improvement immediately.

@Hannihar hmm it's just like the traditional one but they use a walky talky like device with antenna and the antenna is the one that they use like needle.

Never! nope! Not ever gonna happen! I'm terrified of needles and needed all the prayers and meditations to get through donating plasma for good causes!

I never have, and even though it looks impossible to me, I might try it if I was in a lot of pain. I'm glad it was a pleasant experience for you.

I have never had acupuncture but would love to try it on my aching elbow. It flares up every time I play golf.

@Hannihar I would probably get my doctor's opinion Hanni. He could find one who accepts my health insurance coverage and I respect my doctor's opinion.
